Fitness Challenge to myself



Started from today morning
A daily walk, running, Spot running 10 to 15 km
skipping daily 1000 से 5000 
exercise half n hour
Pushups target 50 may till end
Weight loss target till end may is 3 to 4 kg
no skip of shakes and food 



Today 
run and walk 12 km
Skipping 1000
Exercise 45 minutes
Pushups 20
Breakfast Herbalife Shake
Lunch Rice daal
Dinner Herbalife Shake
4-litre hot water

I will share tips and activities daily to motivate you
I know it's not easy for you friends but do for yourself not for me.
